Cody replaced a roof vent on my house and was very knowledgeable on ventilation requirements and he was sure to correctly seal and flash. In addition, he took initiative to inspect my entire roof and correct any areas that needed additional sealant. I am very happy with the service.
I’m extremely pleased with the work I had done through Sunny Side Roofing. They replaced my roof and upgraded it to class 3 at no additional cost to me, and it looks fantastic! They also replaced my rain gutters, stained my fence and pergola, and replaced some damaged window screens. One of the biggest benefits of using Sunny Side was the way they worked with my insurance company to help get my claim approved, which was originally denied on the first attempt.
My insurance company kept denying my coverage, but the Sunny Side Roofing personnel kept working with the adjuster and was able to come through and approved my coverage. They finished my roof in 1 day and came back the next day to make sure everything is done properly. The clean up was great and I have no trash left over. They are very flexible with schedule and will work within your timeline.
