Customer Reviews

I had a couple of architectural shingles fall off my two-story roof and needed a quick repair. Sunny Side was extremely responsive - they reached out to me immediately and provided a clear written estimate the same evening. They came out quickly next morning. The pricing was fair and the work was done professionally with proper sealing, nailing, and underlayment inspection. They even matched the shingle color as best as possible.

Sunny Side has been our go to for a while now. Cody has been insanely helpful of every step of the process. Helped us navigate insurance, and even got us an upgraded roof over a simple replacement. He’s quick, prompt and on-time. Fair pricing. Would recommend.

Cody replaced a roof vent on my house and was very knowledgeable on ventilation requirements and he was sure to correctly seal and flash. In addition, he took initiative to inspect my entire roof and correct any areas that needed additional sealant. I am very happy with the service.

I’m extremely pleased with the work I had done through Sunny Side Roofing. They replaced my roof and upgraded it to class 3 at no additional cost to me, and it looks fantastic! They also replaced my rain gutters, stained my fence and pergola, and replaced some damaged window screens. One of the biggest benefits of using Sunny Side was the way they worked with my insurance company to help get my claim approved, which was originally denied on the first attempt.

My insurance company kept denying my coverage, but the Sunny Side Roofing personnel kept working with the adjuster and was able to come through and approved my coverage. They finished my roof in 1 day and came back the next day to make sure everything is done properly. The clean up was great and I have no trash left over. They are very flexible with schedule and will work within your timeline.

He protected my landscape, he worked around my schedule and they cleaned up so well, you would never know they were there. The new black roof color looks so much better than the old tan color that was on it before. I highly recommend Sunny Side Roofing. Will use them again.

Woke up this morning to standing water in my living room due to my roof leaking. Called Sunny Side Roofing. Cody and Gabe were out within an hour to assess the problem. Professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely use them again.

Had Cody out for a general inspection, he was very knowledgeable and addressed all my concerns. Was nice to have a company show up same day after 3 others ghosted me.

Cody added venting and solar fans to my extremely hot attic. He was knowledgeable, friendly, prompt and communication was great! I would definitely do business with him again!

Cody performed a roof inspection and told me my roof was in good shape!! I did have a missing wind turbine that he replaced and painted. He also painted all my other vents and now my roof looks better than ever!

I’ve been doing business with Cody for about 10 yrs now, he is my go to guy for all things in home construction! Not only is he exceptional at roofing he’s the one I call for anything and everything I need done.
